To assist users in achieving this, we have created a comprehensive step-by-step guide detailing the process of utilizing Leo Wallet.
First you need to create your Leo Wallet. Below we will explain in detail the algorithm of how to do this.
1. To begin, you should install the Leo Wallet extension in your Google Chrome Browser. You can do this by visiting the Chrome Web Store using the following link.
2. Next, you will need to create a wallet within the Leo Wallet extension. To do this, simply click on the “Create a new Wallet” button, or if you already have a seed phrase for recovery, click on “Import existing Wallet”.
3. Please write down your secret recovery phrase and keep it in a safe place. This phrase is the only way to recover your account. Do not share it with anyone. Anyone with this phrase can take your assets forever.
4. Fill in the blank fields with the words to verify your Seed Phrase backup
5. Set a wallet access password in accordance with the necessary security requirements.
6. Congratulations! Your wallet is now ready for use. You can access it from the extensions panel.
To engage in activities on Aleo Testnet 3, you will need to obtain Aleo Credits to cover gas expenses. You can obtain them through several methods.
To obtain Aleo Credits, open your Leo Wallet and click on the “Faucet” button.
In the opened window, follow the provided instructions. After completing the necessary steps, expect Aleo Credits to be credited to your wallet address within 10 minutes.
You can complete the application for receiving Aleo Credits through a Google Form. To do so, you will need to have a Google account.
To receive Aleo Credits, please fill out this form, providing your wallet address from Leo Wallet.
To copy your wallet address, click on the Leo Wallet address (highlighted in red in the screenshot).
After completing the required steps, please wait for Aleo Credits to be deposited into your wallet address.
To begin, you need to visit the Arcane Finance application website from a browser that supports Leo Wallet by following the link.
Next, you should connect Leo Wallet by clicking on the “Connect Wallet” button.
Then, confirm the wallet connection by clicking the “Connect” button in the Leo Wallet extension.
In order to test Arcane Finance, you will need to claim test tokens through the Arcane Finance Faucet. To do this, please follow the link provided.
Please note that these are test tokens and hold no real value.
Next, you should select the “Private” tab. In this section, you will be able to request test tokens for “Private Swap”.
In the menu, you will need to choose one of the presented tokens:
After selecting the token you wish to request, you should click the “Claim” button to initiate the transaction.
In the Leo Wallet extension window, you should confirm the transaction by clicking the “Confirm” button.
The browser will open a new browser window, and Leo Wallet will initiate the transaction generation. This process may take anywhere from 1 to 30 minutes, depending on your internet connection speed and your computer’s processing power.
Do not close the browser window until the transaction is completed. If you close the window before the transaction is finished, it will be interrupted.
Within 1–5 minutes, the balance of the requested tokens will be displayed in the “Balance” section. To see your token balance, you will need to refresh the application page.
Next, navigate to the “Private Swap” section and select the tokens you wish to exchange.
After choosing the tokens you want to trade, enter the quantity for each token. Double-check the accuracy of the entered amounts.
Afterward, click the “Swap” button to initiate the transaction.
In the Leo Wallet extension window, you should confirm the transaction by clicking the “Confirm” button.
Just like with the “Faucet,” the browser will open a new browser window, and Leo Wallet will initiate the transaction generation. This process may take anywhere from 1 to 30 minutes, depending on your internet connection speed and your computer’s processing power.
After refreshing the page, you will see the updated token balance.
Congratulations, you have successfully completed a fully private exchange on Arcane Finance using Leo Wallet!
